Jim Munroe ‘s “Time Management for Anarchists: The Movie” illustrated the basics of Getting Things Done and reassured the notebooks and pens are best tools ever made for intellectuals.

Do not let worry swallow your left brains or your time, write them down and make a to-do lists on your DIY notebooks. Review your logs regularly and monitor those valued entries, then set a blank page where divide them into small tasks to fulfilled in weeks. Bound your deadlines with some targets you can not change easily and arrange your following actions. just remember the innovative work will cost more time and energy.

Joe Udell’s screencast on Single Sign-On remind me of my plan to design a SSO for CSDL databases and services, I never divided it into to-do lists and it remain a plan or proposal. Kathy Sierra noted in his blog that:

if you are doing something that a computer can do, or that can be done by someone else for less money, or that is not in great demand (either because nobody wants it or because the supply is already so great), you better start looking at enhancing and evolving your right brain skills. Design is one of those.

Therefore let’s design our time, resting, musing and exercising, to form your style and enjoy your study and working everyday.
