与至少2千万的中国企业数量相比,进行搜索营销的企业所占的比例,不会超过5%,看上去发展空间很大。但还有个前提,企业得先有个网站。

照此推算,网站数的平均年增长约27%,企业网站数的年增长约23%,但近期的增速明显趋缓,今年底企业网站数估计为45万左右。如果有八成的企业网站实施搜索营销,就有约36万个。百度在搜索使用和收入的份额各为46.5%和26%,假如百度在搜索广告客户数方面的份额为50%,那么其广告客户数大致可有18万个。今年Q2百度的广告客户已过9万,去年同期是4.1万,客户数的季度增长约23%,一年后即可达到目标值。既便能实现广告客户多出钱,但以后收入要大幅上扬,仅靠搜索广告可能有点勉为其难。
Q2百度的财报不错,但股价大幅下跌。百度股价从5月初的60$涨到7月中的90$,业绩提前表现,且Q3展望没有超越Q2,利好兑现便见光死。百度的营收增长主要依赖客户的增长,使百度面临着比Google更大的财务压力。向搜索之外寻找新的收入,比较迫切了。百度的贴吧、知道,使用人气很高,之后的百科、空间等,也很受关注,但NASDAQ不相信粘性,只相信$,¥也可。
对比MySpace广告数量大增,真有些应验了:吃力的不赚钱,赚钱的不吃力。
